Returns & Exchanges

At Billy J, we want you to love your new outfit, so if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit for future use or a direct size exchange for the same style.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
